Welcome to Shaheen Code Crafters. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Shaheen Code Crafters' Website and dynamic software licensing products.

1. Terms of Software Licensing

By purchasing an out-of-the-box software product from our store (e.g. Shaheen School ERP, Aura HR SaaS), you are granted a license under one of these structures:

• One-Time Purchase License: Granted a lifetime license to host the software on a single domain. You own the database and code deployment copy. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
• Monthly Rental License: Granted access to host the product on our cloud server hubs. Monthly rental invoicing is processed dynamically. Failure to settle invoicing within 7 days of the due date results in temporary suspension.

2. User Inquiries & Consultations

When you submit a consultation form on our website, you agree to provide complete and accurate details about your name, company, and project scope. We reserve the right to decline project negotiations if details are found to be fraudulent or spam.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Our SaaS products maintain a target uptime SLA of 99.98%. We are not liable for any downtime or transactional losses caused by hosting provider outages (AWS/GCP), local client ISP blockages, or force majeure events.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Shaheen Code Crafters and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all codebases, visual assets, 3D orbits, preloader logic, and database schemas. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shaheen Code Crafters, nor any of its developers or officers, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our custom ERPs or products, whether such liability is under contract or tort.
